I’ve never been the kind of person who can sit still for long.
I like when things are in motion — when I can create, fix, or explore. I’ve tried many things over the years: music, skiing, astronomy, horseback riding, travel. But it was Finland that gave me what I had been looking for all along — peace.
For me, this country was always a dream.
A land of lakes, silence, and endless forests.
A place where you can breathe deeper, where you become part of nature instead of just watching it from afar.
One day that dream became real. We moved here as a family, and life slowly grew quieter. Simpler. More true.
That’s when I discovered bushcraft and leatherwork.
It started by accident — in the forest, as good stories often do. My knife sheath broke. I couldn’t buy a new one, so I decided to make it myself.
I ordered a piece of leather, found a few tools at home, and began. That was enough.
That day I realized something important:
Working with your hands brings a different kind of calm.
It’s focus. The scent of leather. The rhythm of simple movements.
And then, that quiet joy of holding something you’ve made yourself — something shaped by your time, your patience, your thought.
Since then, I keep creating.
Each piece is different. Each one has its own story, its own small imperfections that make it unique. I don’t follow patterns — I follow ideas, materials, and the moment.
My craft is a blend of nature and simplicity.
It’s a story about rhythm, silence, and finding beauty in the ordinary.
And if you have an idea you’d like to see come to life — I’ll be glad to help you make it real.
